Lisa Marsh is the CEO and co-founder of eLumina Global, one of Australia’s most innovative clean-energy technology and manufacturing companies. She drives the development of battery-integrated EV charging and large-scale energy-storage systems designed specifically for Australia’s toughest, most remote environments.

She has overseen the electrification of Western Australia’s 2,400 km Great Northern Highway, the first time in Australian history that EVs can reliably travel this vast regional route using DC fast charging every 250 km. Lisa is now spearheading national corridor electrification, heavy-haul EV charging solutions, and multi-megawatt BESS
deployments that strengthen resilience across communities and industry.

With a background in finance, infrastructure, and high-growth technology, Lisa combines commercial acumen with hands-on leadership. Recently named one of Australia’s Top 100 Innovators, she is widely regarded as a driving force behind the shift to smarter, cleaner, more resilient energy and transport networks.
